Clement on new signings, Hagi exclusion & 'challenging' European draw

Rangers manager Philippe Clement has been speaking to the media ahead of Sunday's first derby match of the season against Celtic.

• Deadline day signing Nedim Bajrami will not be available to face Celtic as his paperwork was not cleared in time. Fellow new arrival Neraysho Kasanwirjo is available but Clement highlighted that the Dutch defender has only trained once with his new team-mates.

• Rangers have undertaken "a massive rebuild" this summer, with 16 players from last season having been moved on and a couple more could yet follow.

• There is "a negative perception" about Rangers at the moment following the Champions League exit and the delay to Ibrox rebuilding works, but a good result at Celtic Park on Sunday can help change that.

• Rangers have been handed a "challenging" Europa League draw - tougher than some of the Champions League draws - but it's a great challenge for the players.
