The feline escaped on to the field Busch Stadium on Aug. 9, which halted the game as staff tried to catch the cat. Once the game resumed, the Cardinals rallied from a 5-4 deficit when Yadier Molina hit a grand slam on the next pitch.
I'm a dog guy, but I like that cat tonight, St. Louis manager Mike Matheny said, via the Associated Press.

After the game, a fan insisted on taking the cat home, but it escaped when the fan tried to handle it. The cat was eventually found the next day in downtown St. Louis.
When a fan purchases a special themed ticket, that person will get a Rally Cat T-shirt and a portion of the ticket cost will go to Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) and the St. Louis Feral Cat Outreach.
