Can you spot why this Ricciardo photo went viral?

Eagle-eyed Formula One fans have uncovered a comical moment from Daniel Ricciardo’s farewell visit to the Red Bull factory in Milton Keynes.

The Australian finished up as a driver at last weekend’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after signing a two-year deal with Renault beginning next season.

But his final goodbyes didn’t come until this weekend.

Having spent much of his career backed by Red Bull, including the past five years with the main team, it was an emotional day at the factory.

The highlight of it all might have been the team’s employees lining up to get autographs and photos with Ricciardo and teammate Max Verstappen.

One particularly enterprising worker took full advantage of the moment and the drivers’ occasionally fiery relationship.

Ricciardo and Verstappen infamously collided at this year’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix, having swapped places over a number of laps before coming together in a heavy crash.

The drivers, however, couldn’t help but laugh when they were offered up a photo of the incident for them to sign.

It even appears multiple employees went for the same joke, with one image showing Ricciardo’s autograph below an ‘OUCH!!’ caption.

Another had ‘DANIEL’s FAULT!’ above Verstappen’s scribble with Ricciardo in the process of writing ‘Max’s fault’ in return.

The pictures were spotted by users on Reddit’s Formula One page, with plenty of praise for the drivers’ light-hearted take on it all.

Ricciardo finished up his factory visit with a new motorbike from Red Bull as a parting gift, while the team also put together a video of his highlights.
