The Blackstone Tabletop Griddle Grill can help you cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Use it for burgers, hot dogs, steaks, kebabs, shrimp, tacos and veggies — the options are really endless. According to the product description, the griddle has two “H” style burners that offer optimal heat distribution and even cooking. Both of the burners have built-in igniters, and you have full control over each of them, meaning you can cook food on either side of the griddle at different temperatures if you’d like. There’s also a rear grease trap to collect all of the cooking greases, so it’s pretty easy to clean, too.
One thing to note is that you’ll need to season the cast iron top before using it. However, Blackstone has a helpful guide on how to do so.
