LeBron drops opponent with pass to the groin

NBA superstar LeBron James has come up with an inventive way to beat his opponents.

James' Cavaliers were taking on the LA Lakers on Thursday when a wayward LeBron pass hit D'Angelo Russell where the sun don't shine.

As you can see in the video above, the blow dropped Russell for several seconds before the Lakers were forced to take a timeout.
