Gareth Bale scored twice as Real Madrid thrashed Celta Vigo 6-0 in Spain's La Liga while Real Betis and Villarreal sealed their spots in next season's Europa League.
Bale ran on to a Toni Kroos pass to score a spectacular first on 13 minutes and he doubled his tally on the half hour, this time from Isco's long pass.
And it was Isco who got the third with a curling shot from another Kroos pass.
In the second half Achraf Hakimi made it 4-0 on 52 minutes from Karim Benzema's pass.
The night got worse for Celta when Sergi Gomez put the ball past his own keeper from Marco Asensio's cross on 52 minutes.
Kross made it 6-0 with nine minutes left.
"We still have a league game next week and we have to play to win it," Marcelo said.
"Then we can think about the Champions League final after that but the game next week will serve as good preparation."
Real are third on 75 points, 15 points behind champions Barcelona who have a game in hand.
"We are happy to finish the season at home this way. There was something of everything in the performance," Real coach Zinedine Zidane said.
"We played a very serious game and we got the goals that our football deserved while keeping a clean sheet.
"I'm happy with Gareth's two goals. Isco also showed he is back so it's good to have everyone right for the final."
Second-placed Atletico Madrid beat Getafe 1-0 with a goal from Koke.
The victory took Atleti to 78 points while Getafe missed out on a European place.
Real Betis drew 2-2 at home with Sevilla to secure direct qualification to the group stage of the Europa League.
Sevilla were also celebrating at the end as they progressed to the qualifying stage of the Europa League after Getafe's loss.
Betis took the lead through Marc Bartra after just five minutes of the Seville derby, but Wissam Ben Yedder equalized on 57 minutes.
Simon Kjaer put the visitors ahead 11 minutes from time but Loren Moron equalised two minutes later.
"We played a good game today and we are happy with the season," Sevilla scorer Ben Yedder said.
Betis defender Marc Bartra was please with his side's result.
"We wanted to enter directly in Europa League, and that is what we have been able to do," he said.
Villarreal beat Deportivo La Coruna 4-2 to stay fifth and join Betis in the Europa League group stage.
Fourth-placed Valencia accounted for hosts Girona 1-0 with Luciano Vietto getting the goal.
Elsewhere, Real Sociedad beat Leganes 3-2, Alaves beat Athletic Bilbao 3-1 and Eibar beat Las Palmas 1-0.
