* Most Australian golds at a single Games: six (Susie O'Neill, 1998; Ian Thorpe, 2002)

* Most medals by an Australian: 18. Shooter Phillip Adams won seven golds, nine silver and two bronze at five Games (1982, '86, '90, '94, 2002)
