West Coast have brought in key forward Quinten Lynch for their elimination final with North Melbourne at Patersons Stadium on Sunday.
Lynch, who has kicked 19 goals in his 12 career finals, was included in the 22 along with key defender Eric MacKenzie, while Andrew Strijk and Mitch Brown were omitted.
The Eagles have loaded up with big men in the forward line, with Josh Kennedy, Jack Darling and Nic Naitanui all named to start on the ground, with Lynch on the bench.
The Kangaroos dumped Cruize Garlett, Luke Delaney and Aaron Mullett from the squad of 25 named on Thursday, confirming the inclusions of Daniel Wells, Nathan Grima and Samuel Wright from the side that beat Greater Western Sydney in Round 23.
Garlett, Delaney and Mullett are North's emergencies, while Bradd Dalziell, Strijk and Ashton Hams are on standby for West Coast.
