Geelong have made four changes for Sunday's clash against Port Adelaide with experienced duo Paul Chapman and Josh Hunt both ruled out with injuries, while David Wojcinski was omitted.

Chapman is out with a groin complaint, while Hunt has a toe problem as the Cats look to recover from last week's narrow loss to Sydney.

Speedster Wojcinski was a surprise omission given the reigning premiers have lacked pace this year, while ruckman Dawson Simpson was also left out.

Into the side come youngsters Billie Smedts, Cameron Guthrie, George Horlin-Smith and debutant Jordan Murdoch.

Port Adelaide have settled on six changes with Alipate Carlile, David Rodan, Matthew Lobbe, John Butcher, Aaron Young and Thomas Jonas coming in for the injured Domenic Cassisi (hip), Hamish Hartlett (hamstring), Jackson Trengove (finger), Jay Schulz (abdomen) and Jarrad Redden, who was omitted.

Brisbane welcome back youngster Jared Polec for their match against Melbourne at the Gabba.

Polec comes in for defender Matt Maguire, who will miss the next month with an elbow injury.

The Demons brought in Stefan Martin, Rohan Bail and Luke Tapscott for injured duo Aaron Davey and Mitch Clark and the omitted Sam Blease.

St Kilda have made just one change for their clash against North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium with Rhys Stanley back after missing the past five weeks with a hamstring injury.

Out of the side goes Terry Milera, although Beau Wilkes has been added to the emergency list with doubts surrounding the fitness of captain Nick Riewoldt.

The Kangaroos also made just the one change with Matt Campbell replacing Ben Cunnington.
