The Giants best and fairest winner was outstanding off half-back, leading the league in rebound 50s with a whopping 163.

The Bulldogs were sensational attacking off half-back this season and Robert Murphy's disciplined kicking and attacking instincts deserve a lot of the credit.

Hurley provided a spark for the Bombers off half-back consistently this season, whilst taking the tough defensive assignments with minimal fuss.

Boyd relished his new role in the Dogs' back six, racking up 27.5 disposals a game.

Dangerfield put together his best season so far, sixth in the league for clearances with 150 and fourth in the league for inside 50’s, with 103.

A certainty for the All-Australian team this year, Priddis led the league in handballs and tackles, finishing second in clearances, with 170. Another dominant season.

Hannebery was everywhere for Sydney this season, a tackling machine who led the league in total disposals (666).

Finished sixth in the Coleman with 53 goals, Wingard was a bright spark in an otherwise disappointing year for Port.

A powerful presence up front this season for the Crows, Walker provided a solid target, dragging in 155 marks (fifth in the AFL) and booting 55 goals (fourth in the AFL)

His versatility this season has been unbelievable for the Dogs, but his goal-kicking is where he’s made the difference, finishing with 54, good enough for fifth in the league.

The AFL’s third leading goal-kicker with 58 this season has been simply sensational. Betts was a terror defensively as well, applying 34 forward 50 tackles, sixth best in the AFL.

The AFL’s leading goal-kicker (75) has been a powerhouse for the Eagles this season. A first All-Australian jumper is almost guaranteed for the big forward.

Rioli was able to stay in the field this season, playing in 20 games and producing some of the best footy of his career. This was the year of the small forward and there weren’t many better than Cyril.

Head and shoulders above the competition, Goldstein has been the AFL’s most dominant ruckman, leading the league in hit-outs. He was also fantastic at ground level, adding another element to the Roos attack.

Arguably the league’s most dangerous player, Fyfe was dominant at the clearances and until his late season injury, it looked like he had already run away with the Brownlow.

Kennedy played every game for the Swans this season, finishing with the second most disposals in the competition and leading the league in clearances.

Finishing second in the Coleman medal, Cameron put together a fantastic season. Unlucky to have missed the finals with the Giants.

Could have easily been in the starting side, Gaff was a revelation for the Eagles, racking up possessions down the wing, finishing third in the AFL for total disposals.

Despite missing five games due to suspension, Hodge was still superemely influential for the Hawks.

Gray was a nightmare for opposition defenders, doing a little bit of everything this season. Third in clearances, with 159, Gray also chipped in with 25 goals and 26 goal assists.
