Krakouer and Cunnington offered one-week bans

Port Adelaide's Nathan Krakouer and North Melbourne's Ben Cunnington could miss round one after being charged with rough conduct.

Krakouer bumped St Kilda veteran Sean Dempster during the Power's one-point loss to the Saints at Etihad Stadium on Thursday.

The AFL match review panel deemed the incident careless and medium impact, which results in a two-game suspension.

Krakouer's record means he can accept an early guilty plea and miss just the one game.

Cunnington's knee to the head of Hawthorn's Taylor Duryea, which came in the second quarter of the Kangaroo's 21-point win over the Hawks at Arden St, was also classed as careless and medium impact.

The Hawks defender was fumbling the ball on the ground when Cunnington rushed over, with his knee making contact with Duryea as he punched the ball away.

Duryea's head was cut in the incident, forcing him off the field.

Cunnington would risk a two-game ban if he challenges the charge.

Melbourne Demons forward Jesse Hogan can accept a $1000 fine after making contact with an umpire.
