Lance Franklin has taken his love of football to a whole new level, during a hilarious press conference ahead of the AFL’s indigenous round.

Quizzed by reporters on a number of topics, the Swans star repeated the term “football” in so many of his responses that no one in attendance could ever forget what he was talking about.

Whether it was how much he enjoyed playing football, how the time off from football reminded him how much he loved football, or how the success of the two Sydney teams was good for football, it was clear that football was particularly close to Buddy’s heart.
