The landmark two-test International Rules series between the Indigenous All-Stars team representing Australia and hosts Ireland will be telecast exclusively on 7mate.

Host broadcaster TG4 Ireland is providing the coverage, with match commentary by Ger Canning, the legendary Irish sports broadcaster.

In the first test, to be held at Breffni Park in Cavan, Chris Johnson, the former Brisbane Lions player, will provide expert comments, with Swans’ star Adam Goodes fulfilling the role for the second test at Croke Park in Dublin.

Coached by former Sydney Swans great Michael O’Loughlin, Australia’s Indigenous team features stars of the AFL including Lance Franklin, Daniel Wells, Steven Motlop, Eddie Betts, Lewis Jetta, Lindsay Thomas and Aaron Davey.

International Rules is a hybrid AFL- Gaelic Football sport contested by Australian and Ireland. Ireland won the last series, held in Australia in 2011, 2-0.
