Fremantle defender Alex Silvagni will miss the first game of next season after accepting a one-match ban for headbutting Jared Petrenko.
The Docker was charged with a level three misconduct offence, which was graded as intentional, low impact and high contact and has opted to accept his suspension.
It drew 250 demerit points but Silvagni has no existing good or bad record and with an early plea the sanction was reduced to 187.50 points and a one-match ban.
Meanwhile, North Melbourne star Brent Harvey will face the AFL tribunal on Tuesday evening.
Harvey was cited for striking Adam Selwood during the Kangaroos' 96-point loss to West Coast in the first elimination final on September 9.
The 34-year-old will miss the first four games of next season for striking Daniel Kerr in the same match, but could be out for another two if his challenge fails.
