Hawthorn have welcomed back Brad Sewell and Shaun Burgoyne for their clash against Western Bulldogs on Sunday, while Greater Western Sydney have rested ruckman Jonathan Giles for their match against Adelaide.
The Hawks may have lost Coleman Medal leader Lance Franklin to injury, but the return of Sewell and Burgoyne will help accommodate the superstar's absence.
Shane Savage was the only omission from the side that hammered the Giants by 162 points last week.
The Bulldogs also regained some key personnel with defenders Robert Murphy, Ryan Hargrave and Tom Williams all back in the side.
Ruckman Tom Campbell is out with soreness, while Easton Wood (adductor) and Mark Austin (thigh) are the other outs.
The Giants have settled on six changes with Dean Brogan, Luke Power and Tom Scully all returning to give the competition new boys some much-needed experience.
Steve Clifton, Sam Darley and Israel Folau are also back with Giles and James McDonald both rested, while Thomas Bugg, Andrew Phillips, Adam Tomlinson and Tim Mohr have all been omitted.
The Crows have made three changes with Ian Callinan, Josh Jenkins and debutant Luke Brown all in for Michael Doughty (neck), Shaun McKernan (jaw) and Tim McIntyre, who was dropped.
In the top-of-the-table clash between West Coast and Sydney at Patersons Stadium, the Eagles have brought back Adam Selwood, Mitch Brown, Brad Sheppard and Tom Swift.
Out of the side goes suspended duo Quinten Lynch and Luke Shuey as well as Josh Hill (hamstring) and Murray Newman, who was omitted.
The settled Swans have made just one change with experienced defender Martin Mattner replacing former Crow Tony Armstrong.
