Team songs are an age-old tradition across all the football codes but few have managed to strike as beautiful a chord as that performed by the Yeronga Devils.

One of the club's women's Aussie rules sides celebrated their win over the weekend with one of the most heart-warming victory moments you will ever see.

One of the team's players - Jamie Howell - is hearing impaired so the rest of the squad decided to do something extra special for her.

Howell's teammates all apparently learned sign language and memorised the actions for the club's victory verse.

“Cheer cheer the red and the black, you’re all going down to our running attack, every time we play to win, that’s why we never ever give in," the song goes.

“Whether the odds be great all be small, Yeronga Devils will win over all, for all you loyal devils of Yeronga, onwards to victory!”

A smart phone captured the entire squad gathered around the locker room belting out Auslan rendition of the song.

The camera then panned onto Howell, when looked genuinely blown away by her teammates' incredible tribute.

“That was awesome, thank you. So much love,” she could be seen gesturing as teammates rushed in to embrace her.
