Adam Zampa blows up over controversial lbw decision

Adam Zampa looks sure to come under scrutiny from the ICC after his furious reaction to a controversial lbw call in the Caribbean Premier League.

The Aussie spinner looked to have Dwayne Bravo plumb lbw on Monday during the Jamaica Tallawahs’ clash with Trinbago Knight Riders.

However Zampa’s appeal was turned down by the umpire, leaving the young Aussie exasperated.

He appeared to mouth the words “What the f***”, with replays showing he had every right to feel wronged.

The ball pitched right on leg stump and would have crashed into middle, but the umpire inexplicably thought differently.

Zampa was left even less impressed when Bravo dispatched him for six very next ball.

At the end of the over, an agitated Zampa confronted the umpire in a heated exchange, at one stage raising his finger near the official’s chest.

The Aussie finished it off with another massive F-bomb as he made his way to the outfield.

To make matters worse, the Knight Riders produced their second-successive unlikely run-chase to snare a four-wicket victory.

Javon Searles slapped the final delivery of the game for four to seal the win.
