'Absolutely insane': UFC star stuns with never before seen KO
Welterweight Niko Price has stunned the world with a KO that has never been seen before in the UFC.
The 28-year-old star became the first fighter to knock out an opponent with hammer fists off his back at UFC Boise.
It’s just the second time any fighter has knocked their opponent out while in a bottom position.
Niko Price's knockout from bottom position is the second KO/TKO from a bottom position in UFC history. The other was Jon Fitch's upkick finish of Thiago Alves. #UFCBoise

The achievement is incredibly rare, due to the difficulty in generating power while lying down, with much of your body pinned.
However Price displayed his insane power by finishing the fight in the second round against Randy Brown from the position.

“I hooked it, I went to pass (the leg) over, I saw his chin, and I was like, ‘Let’s see what happens,’” Price said.
Fight fans took to Twitter to share their amazement at the finish.

No tweet can do the Niko Price finish over Randy Brown justice (he KO’d him with punches off his back). If you missed it, wait for the clip. Spectacular stuff.

Niko Price was able to generate more power with the help of his legs and hips. Wasn’t just a simple swing of the arm. #UFCBoise
