Ohio State alum Taylor Decker upset after Sean McDonough says he went to Michigan

Taylor Decker wasn't at MetLife Stadium, but the injured Lions offensive tackle watched Detroit's 24-10 win over the Giants.

Decker, who is out after suffering a shoulder injury in June, liked most of what he saw and heard, but there was one particular error by ESPN play-by-play announcer Sean McDonough that prompted the tackle to send a series of angry tweets.

"Obviously they miss Taylor Decker, their normal left tackle who is still out for a couple of weeks," McDonough's broadcast partner Jon Gruden said.

McDonough then replied by saying, "Out with a right shoulder injury suffered in practice in June. They hope to get Decker back in mid-season. He’s another first round pick out of the University of Michigan."

There is only one problem with what McDonough said. Decker went to Ohio State, Michigan's arch-rival.

McDonough is not on Twitter, which is probably good for him in this case.
