The drinks are on the most nonchalant ice hockey goalie ever

An ice hockey goalie in Russia has displayed either extreme carelessness or disregard for the opposition, courtesy of a bizarre mid-match break.

The bizarre incident took place in the Kontinental Hockey League when the thirsty shot-stopper decided to quench said thirst during the thick of the action.

Andrei Gavrilov didn’t seem to notice or care that the opposing team was baring down on his goal with the puck, ready to test out the Salavat Yulaev goaltender.

Instead, he just kept on drinking as the play unfolded around him, rather fortunate that the other team blew a golden chance to score while he took a break from his one job.

Perhaps the goal was squandered because the other team was so put off by his flagrant sense of nonchalance, but nevertheless, Gavrilov probably still owes his teammates a few drinks of their own after his questionable efforts in goal.
