Red Bull Dinghy Derby serves up wild ride

This has to be the most Australian race ever as contestants throttle turbo-charged dinghies through a 90 kilometre course down the Murray River.

60 boats and 120 competitors descended on the South Australian course earlier this year to compete in the 35th Red Bull Dinghy Derby, with some fast-paced, death-defying racing.

The newly released documentary Up the Creek captures all the wild footage from the event as drivers navigate through the trees, narrow creeks and other boats throughout the 90km course.
