Well, that really happened.

Mike Tyson, at 58 years old, entered the boxing ring for the first time since 2005 on Friday night to face 27-year-old Jake Paul in front of a packed AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

It was every bit the spectacle it promised, but whether or not that's good or bad really depends on your perspective. It was, at least for the first 45 seconds, a fight. And then it wasn't. Paul, already bigger and stronger, proved as quick as his age would suggest against someone who made his professional debut 14 years before Paul was born.

And that's just what the people who were able to stream the fight on Netflix were treated to. Plenty more would-be viewers were stymied by buffering issues while trying to watch the bout — an ominous sign ahead of Netflix's scheduled NFL and WWE broadcasts.

Paul won decisively and unanimously after eight rounds, several of which saw him back off Tyson in what seemed like an attempt to keep the bout going.

The whole event was surreal and if not for these pictures, it might be hard to remember just how wild it all was.
