I didn't know the answers to your questions off the top of my head, Luis, so I had a bit of a google to see if I could find some.
In answer to your first question, Victor Troicki jumped the net to shake hands with Janko Tipsarevic after Tipsarevic won the Kremlin Cup in October last year. That woud probably be the most recent one, I imagine. I'm guessing a lot of players don't do it these days because of the potential for injury, not to mention looking like a goose if you tripped lol.
Unfotunately, I can't find an answer to your second question. Maybe someone else can shed some light?
