Hi Kip - how are you doing pal. Long time no seen.
The Irish were huge! They bashed and battered those vain ABs. Poor McCaw looked heavily worked over with clear scratch marks around his swollen eyes. Ha Ha. Feed the bastard more of that I say if he prefers to play off side the whole game.
The ABs looked jaded - like cold beef soup you know.
Hell - the Springboks will eat them for breakfast this year.

Ireland never showed up for this game. After their heartbreaking loss last week, they simply had nothing left.

Nz looked good because Ireland allowed them to look good. The PI team (also called the All Blacks of Nz) took full advantage and posted a massive score in a one sided game that was never a true battle.

Looks like Dan is out again for this year - the usual story of a few games and then out for the rest of the year on the injury list. Surely one of the most unreliable performers in world rugby. Definitely the most expensive injury list player in the world.

Before the AB supporters start bragging about their win, check this out. The Baby Boks won the under-20 World Championship by beating the All Blacks. The ABs won this the last 4 years, but the mighty Baby Boks put a stop to that this year.

Go Springboks - they are HUGE this year !!!

Grist, I know you're just after bites. I usually still visit these boards, even with my absence. I'm sure you love rugby like the rest of us mate, but geez you say some outlandish things. The PI team argument is so old now. Name the players in our team tonight who were born in the PI? You do realise that guys like Kevy and Aaron Smith, just because they're dark skinned it doesn't mean they were born in the Islands? New Zealand born and bred. Now, if you wanna see some real poaching, go ask Kiwi Deans and Kiwi Gatland. Well, you're from South Africa aren't ya Grist? Go ask Kiwi Mitchell at the Lions. Idiot.

Ireland didn't turn up - sure. I accept that. But look at it with both eyes open for once, we won very narrowly last week. It's ultimately a test of character. No Nonu, no Read, no Carter, debutants and newbies running about. Not a bad effort I'd say. As for the Springboks ... what do you mean they are huge this year? The SA Super 15 teams have been an utter joke, with the exception of the Stormers. And even the Stormers look VERY beatable at home. Very. But the national side - hmm, yep, they've been getting the job done on England. Good on em. Stupid thing is though, you tell us not to get excited but if SA posted 60 points you wouldn't let us hear the end of it.

But - yes. Well done on beating the Baby Blacks ;)

By the way, that was the biggest winning margin over Ireland since the early 90's. But y'know .. I guess that doesn't really matter in the world of Grist, haha.
