AC Milan's Allegri plays down move for Man City's Balotelli

AC Milan boss Max Allegri has dismissed claims that he is set to pursue Mario Balotelli this winter.

The 22-year old Manchester City striker continues to be linked with a shift back to Italy but Allegri says he has no plans to oversee the talented yet controversial anytime soon.

"I don't know if I'll train Mario Balotelli, I don't like to talk about it because he is a Manchester City player," he told Milan Channel.

"He is an important player, but he must make a final leap."
