Terrence Boyd continued his good start to life with Austrian club Rapid Vienna.

The American striker, who joined Rapid this summer from Borussia Dortmund, scored a double as his side defeated Mattersburg 3-0 in their home Bundesliga match.

Boyd netted in the 12th and 66th minutes to take his Rapid tally to six goals in all competitions following his league double against Wacker Innsbruck in July as well as Europa League qualifier goals against Vojvodina and PAOK.

Rapid sits second on the Austrian Bundesliga table, three points behind rivals Austria Vienna, and are also preparing for Group K of the Europa League where they have been drawn against Bayer Leverkusen, Metalist Kharkiv and Rosenborg.
