West Coast midfielder Luke Shuey is facing a one-week suspension after he was cited by the AFL's match review panel for striking Fremantle's Paul Duffield.
Shuey allegedly punched Duffield in the stomach behind play during the Eagles' eight-goal thumping of their local rivals on Sunday.
The incident was assessed as intentional, low impact and body contact, adding up to a level three offence.
He can accept a one-week sanction with a guilty plea, or risk a two-week ban if he decides to take his case to the tribunal.
Shuey's sanction was the most severe from Round 9 with Essendon star David Zaharakis escaping with a reprimand for his hit on Greater Western Sydney's Tomas Bugg.
Jake Carlisle and Jeremey Cameron can accept $900 fines for wrestling each other, while Taylor Adams and Alwyn Davey can also accept $900 fines for wrestling.
Emerging North Melbourne defender Luke Delaney was charged with instigating and participating in a melee against the Brisbane Lions and was offered fines totalling $3,000.
Five of his Kangaroos team-mates and five Lions were charged with being involved in the same scrap.
