MotoGP championship co-leader Jorge Lorenzo is to undergo surgery in Barcelona on muscular problems in his forearms, Spanish media has reported. The 20-year-old Spaniard claimed his maiden MotoGP win in Portugal on Sunday and shares top spot overall with compatriot Dani Pedrosa after three races. Lorenzo is still expected to race at the Chinese Grand Prix on May 4.
