Australia's Casey Stoner is looking forward to a two-month fitness campaign before his 2010 MotoGP title assault after his rollercoaster 2009 campaign ended on a flat note.

Stoner was the form rider going into Sunday's season-ending Valencia Grand Prix in Spain, looking the goods when he claimed pole position.
