Bjarne Riis

The 1996 Tour de France champion, in 2007 the then retired Riis admitted he used performance-enhancing drugs during his career. Despite his frank admission, the UCI have not removed him as the official winner of the 1996 Tour de France. Riis remains involved in cycling in his role as the manager of the Team Saxo Bank-Tinkoff Bank team.
