UEFA charges Rangers over crowd trouble in Romania

LONDON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - UEFA has charged Scottish champions Rangers with improper conduct by their fans in Wednesday's 1-1 Champions League draw with Unirea Urziceni in Romania.

The case will be dealt with by the control and disciplinary body next Thursday.
