Robbie Kruse insists he is loving his time with German club Fortuna Dusseldorf.

The 24-year old former Brisbane Roar and Melbourne Victory attacker is fitting in well at the Esprit Arena since his July move from the A-League and he admits it has been a favourable beginning to life in the Bundesliga.

"I feel great," he told express.de. "And mentally I'm very strong.

"My girlfriend Tiharny and I feel very comfortable in Dusseldorf. We enjoy it here."

Kruse, who has played 21 times for Australia, has made 14 top flight appearances for Dusseldorf this season, scoring two goals and providing four assists.
