Chelsea duo Benayoun and Malouda's future in the balance

tribalfootball.com Updated August 22, 2012, 11:05 am

Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo has refused to comment on the long term futures of Yossi Benayoun and Florent Malouda.

Both have been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge after falling out of favour.

The pair would be encouraged to move on, with first team opportunities set to be limited, and have until the end of August to find a new club.

Asked about the prospect of either being allowed to leave permanently or on loan, Di Matteo said: "We'll have to see until the transfer window closes.

"At the moment, they're with us and part of it."
