Tottenham are willing to make a swap offer for Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

The Brazilian's reps are in talks with Spurs about a move to London.

Sky Italia says to keep the fee down, Tottenham are prepared to offer players in part-exchange, with Giovani dos Santos mentioned in negotiations.

Inter are today mulling over the proposal.
