Werder Bremen chief Allofs in London to close deal for Chelsea's De Bruyne

Werder Bremen chief Klaus Allofs has secured a loan deal for Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.

Allofs was in London yesterday to finalise terms with Chelsea officials.

"Kevin is very versatile, can play all positions in midfield and score goals," said Allofs.
