Inter Milan GM Marco Branca admits they're haggling with Palermo over a fee for Matias Silvestre.

The Nerazzurri are thrashing out terms with Palermo for the Argentine-born defender.

"There are backward and forward steps. We're in the classic period of the market so everyone is talking a bit with everyone. Palermo? We'll talk for a while. Objectives? It's too soon," said Branca.
