Man City threaten Man Utd plans for Lewandowski

Manchester City have joined Manchester United in their interest for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski.

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is a big fan of the Poland international and saw him score a hat-trick in the German Cup final last season.

However, should BVB choose to sell, Ferguson can expect stiff competition from Roberto Mancini's City, says BILD.

Mancini is also keen on Lewandowski with intermediaries claiming Dortmund will sell for around £15 million.
