Michael Beauchamp is set to join new A-League club Western Sydney according to 442.com.

The 31-year old centre-back departed Sydney FC at the end of last season and is on the verge of completing a move to the incoming outfit.

Beauchamp has been on the move over the past few years, leaving German club Nuremberg for Danish outfit Aalborg in 2008 and has since played with Al Jazira and Melbourne Heart before heading home to Sydney last year.
