Ex-West Ham boss Curbishley in Birmingham frame

Former West Ham United and Charlton Athletic boss Alan Curbishley is in the frame for the Birmingham City job.

The Daily Mail says Curbishley and Phil Brown are two of the names being considered by Birmingham City as replacement for Chris Hughton after acting chief executive Peter Pannu returned from the Far East.

Lee Clark's name is also high on the list but of equal importance is the fact that the cash-strapped Championship club will approach a manager who is currently unemployed.
