Barcelona president Rosell to meet with AC Milan over Thiago Silva

Barcelona president Sandro Rosell is set to meet with AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani this week to discuss Thiago Silva.

Mediaset says Milan are likely to drive a hard bargain, having already rejected a €40 million offer from PSG for the Brazil defender.

Barca do not have the cash power to even meet that price and will hope to drive down Milan's demands in their offer.

Midfield pair Thiago Alcantara and Seydou Keita have been mentioned as options, but everything will hinge on what price Barca set for Thiago Silva before Galliani will consider serious negotiations.
