Fiorentina have put Europe's biggest clubs on alert after announcing Stevan Jovetic can leave.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United in England are among clubs interested in the Montenegro international.
"There are no negotiations with Napoli for Jovetic," said communications director Gianfranco Teotino.
"Stevan is a Fiorentina player and he will remain here with us. Of course, if he does want to leave, then let it be clear we don't intend to keep anyone against their will.
"However, if he has belief in the club, then he will wear the Viola jersey for a long time to come. If he doesn't have that faith, then we will ensure he is not missed.
"In any case, the important thing is that an offer is adequate to his value."
