Inter Milan to offer Maicon to Man City for De Jong

Inter Milan are ready to offer Douglas Maicon to Manchester City in exchange for Nigel de Jong.

Maicon has been waiting for new contract talks with Inter and is likely to be sold this summer. PSG and Anzhi are interested in the Brazil fullback.

However, Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter want to use Maicon to tempt City into parting with De Jong.

Like Maicon, De Jong is also waiting on new contract talks with City and has been linked with a move away. Inter want the Dutchman as they seek to overhaul their aging squad this summer.
