Australia boss Osieck has no problems with Melbourne Victory's Kewell

Australian national team coach Holger Osieck has indicated that he will select Harry Kewell for this month's friendly with Saudi Arabia.

The Melbourne Victory recently revealed that he felt his international career was close to being over but Osieck believes his form has warranted inclusion for the February 29 meeting with the Saudis.

"From my perspective I don't feel any tension," Osieck told the Courier-Mail.

"I've seen him (Kewell) in the A-League and in his last game (against Central Coast), he played very well."
