Real Madrid are exploring the prospect of wrecking Barcelona's move for Santos star Neymar.
Neymar's camp have an agreement with Barca giving them first option on the Brazilian and a penalty fee should he move elsewhere.
However, El Confidencial says Real directors are convinced the deal is not recognised by FIFA and can be easily rumbled should they make a move.
Neymar spent time at Real as a teenager and has spoken with coach Jose Mourinho this year about moving to Madrid.
