The FFA seem determined to ruin the A League. Not only are their executive unwilling to discuss matters with the big money owners of the Clubs but they are also ruining the game by appointing incompetent officials to matches.
The outcomes of too many games are being affected by poor offside decisions (or non decisions) by assistant referees and also by inconsistent rulings by referees.
In some matches you could well believe these officials have been told who was to win the game.
Unless the FFA get their act together the game will die.

I would support a rebel league of ex-NSL clubs and a selection of A-League clubs with promotion and relegation and with no connection to FFA. And play it in winter if you want.
