Liverpool already close to striking Borini fee with Roma

AS Roma are ready to sell striker Fabio Borini for £12 million.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers' interest has been confirmed by Roma and Borini's agent, Marco de Marchi.

The Reds have made an opening bid of £10 million and Roma are now encouraging them to up their offer to get a deal done.

Former Chelsea striker Borini has given his approval to the transfer.
