In A-League soccer, Melbourne Victory will play a pre-season match against Adelaide United in Launceston for the third consecutive year.
The teams will play at York Park on July the 20th.
The Victory's chief executive, Geoff Miles, says Tasmanians deserve to see live A-League matches.
"And it's great to be able to provide that opportunity for Tasmanian football fans, and it is really growing in the state, to have a look at some of the A-league stars," he said.
