    What's the deal with Ricky Ponting continually wasting challenges against his own innings? I can recently recall at least three occasions (including today) that he has challenged an LBW decision against him. He has now wasted at three referrals for his team, for what appears to be no doubt his own selfish purpose. He is not prone to LBW or getting out. Seems complete desperation from a nearly spent force.

    Time for someone else to move into his spot and for him to remember that he doesn't control the reins any more.
