Ricky Ponting will most likely just bandage his finger up and play with the pain knowing him. Pretty sure Michael Beer will play, even though Hauritz is our best spinner. Siddle will make way

Ponting will play and unfortunately Beer will get the nod even though Krezja (spelling?) is our best spinner. Hauritz has been more consistent but Crazy is our best.  Ponting would have to  have a serious leg injury before considering pulling out of this series.

WAGs or not Johnson has found his mojo. He is far and away the best bowler of either side and when he's on he is simply an unplayable wicket taker. The English don't have that bowler in their lineup anymore.

Beer's bowling is nothing special, Horry is in better form domestically with the ball, and 1000000 x better batter. Horry for boxing day.

Ponting bein g injured might be a blessing in disguise guys. He hasny really contributed thus far.

I also believe steve smith is starting to get confidence. He looks about 15 years old though !!

It is a drop in, it wont be that green, they are always dirty looking and lifeless.

Calling the MCG council workers "curators" is an insult to blokes that actually prepare pitches.

Mowing a drop in is about as hard as heating up a lean cuisine.
