Paralympic veterans spearhead basketball teams

Two five-time Paralympians will lead Australia's mens and womens wheelchair basketball teams to the Beijing Games.

Troy Sachs has been named as the Rollers' captain, while Liesl Tesch will skipper the Gliders.

Both teams claiming silver at the Athens games in 2004, but Sachs says the Rollers will have to overcome Canada if they want to go one better.

"Canada is going for their third Paralympic games straight - they beat us in Athens," he said.

"They are very strong a team of wily veterans ... they have been around."
